A Timeless Grievance

To reach to you,
and to be with you,
I walked through the gravelly roads.
Ruined all the plans and broke all the rules.

To reach to you,
I swam in the chilling sea,
conquering the darkest ordeals,
I crawled through the arid fields.

To reach to you,
I stood firmly in the gushing waves,
Heaving my coffin away
I found my way in the endless maze.

Pulling myself from the dire straits,
and veiling my tears in the grievous ails,

leaving behind all the sorrows and grudges
I wedged myself through the narrow edges

The desire of reaching for you,
gave me infinite strength to move incessantly,

Screaming in agony in the insane mortality

I fought with the inevitable animosity.

I dashed against the walls of darkness
and got crushed in the brutal attacks,
But the eternal passion for you in my soul,
girded me to fight against the deadly barracks.

And now when I am here conquering all the odds
getting over with all the hurdles on my way,
You are lying there, cold and still, peacefully in the grave,
Immune to whatsoever happening on the clay.

In race against time and the indefensible fate,
I am trying hard to prove my existence,
Still battling ruthlessly,
But,now with the timeless grievance.
